Contact the IT Help Desk at 713-348-HELP (4357) or submit IT Help Ticket Online. Please, include current contact information with your request.

Inactive Graduates (NOT currently enrolled in a class at Rice):

You will need to validate your identity with your student number and/or date of birth.
net ID: If you cannot remember your net ID, please contact Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies at 713-348-4002 or gradconvocation@rice.edu.
password: If you cannot remember your password, you will need to speak to a permanent staff member at the IT Help Desk and let them know your netID is inactive but you need to reset your password for the Doctoral Convocation registration. Please reference ticket #351706 when you contact IT Help. Contact them at 713-348-HELP (4357) or submit IT Help Ticket Online, or visit MUDD 103.
